  • Who are Fenit Without?
    Fenit Without is a private business project with a focus on providing sutainability through marketing, media and merchandise. We come from a background in fashion, retail, events and marketing and want to apply those skills to a project that promotes and supports our community, Fenit. For more info please see the 'My Story' section in the main site.
  • Are your garments organic or environmentally friendly?
    We have tried our best and will continue to explore the most efficient and optimum ways to reduce the environmental impact of our business and products. Our garments are organic cotton and recycled polyester - details of each garment are available in the products descriptions. Our mail bags are 100% biodegradable.
  • Do you ship orders worldwide?
    At the moment our e-commerce capability only covers Ireland but we would love to speak with anyone who would like to place an international order and we can explore a shipping solution. Please contact us directly through the website or through social media for assistance.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is processed and despatched we will share with you a unique track and trace service through our appointed courier DPD Ireland.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes. If you are local to Fenit, visiting or just passing through we regularly meet our customers in Fenit to hand over the merchandise. We also enjoy meeting our customers face to face : ) If you want to collect the order it's free. Please select this shipping option in the checkout.
  • How do the garments fit?
    All of the garments are unisex. We offer sizes small, medium, large and extra large. PLease refer to the size guide which show exact measurements for each garment.
  • What is your returns policy?
    For a full understanding of our returns and warranty policies please see our Terms & Conditions page. A link is available in the website footer.
  • How are postage and packaging costs calculated?
    P&P rates are calculated on order values versus order volume. Up to €50 is €5 postage. From €50 - €75 is €6.50 postage. From €75 upwards is free postage.
  • How do I contact Fenit Without regarding press or marketing opportunities?
    Please email info@fenitwithout.ie , try to mention the nature of the request in the email subject line and we'll come back to you.
  • Is Fenit Without a registered charity?
    No, we are not a registered charity nor a social enterprise. We are a privately owned brand with a focus on community ptmotion through media, marketing and merchandise.
